Harry has done 2 photoshoots for our growing family in the past year. A maternity shoot and a Christmas family shoot this year. The photos are stunning. I purchased a package through Groupon for $45 for a 1/2 hour photo session for my family and were extremely pleased with the results. Harry accommodated the time twice for us (so mom was not exposed to cold temperatures), he was very kind and easy to work with. We ended up purchasing additional pictures from the session. Overall for less than $130 we have a great set of pictures that we can use in our Christmas cards and in portraits for our home.

We did a family photo shoot at the weekend with a Harry. He was great, gave good direction and understood how three children under 4 would need to be photographed quickly. FAQ:

How long will the photos ready after the session?
All the Pictures will be ready for your selection up to 2 weeks after the shooting.

When will the prints and disc ready?

Disc, digital download, or the prints will be ready about a week after you submitted your selection. Then you’ll get a notice when they’re ready for pick up.

Where to pick up the pictures?

An email will send out with all the details when the pictures are ready for pickup. Location may vary. Pickup time 8am to 4pm (Panorama Hills N.W. area)

Can I have the pictures send by mail?

Shipping available by regular mail for $10 (local) or $15 deliver them to your door (please arrange a time for delivery).

When should I book for Maternity & New-born session?

Between 32 – 38 weeks is the most recommended time for Maternity photography.

It’s recommended within 10 days after born for newborn photography and the most comfortable and warm location for the baby and mom is in home session.

HH will bring props and backdrop for the newborn session.

You could prepare some props as well, such as headband, hat or necktie etc.…

What is web resolution image? (Not printable)

Web resolution images are the images that use for internet and online, such as email, social media or display on your phone. the files are very small. To find out the size for the web resolution images, please email us.

What is high resolution image? (Printable)

High resolution images are the images use for printing and enlargement. The files are big.

Where is the location for the photo shoot?

HHPS offers on-location for family photography, maternity photography, child photography, newborn photography, engagement photography, post wedding and wedding photography in Calgary areas.

COPYRIGHT, LICENSE TO USE

HH PhotoSpark retains the copyright to all digital images and reserves the right to use them for display, publication, advertising, or other purposes.

Upon receiving the final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the digital images for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing, electronic messaging, sharing with friends and relatives, or displaying online.

Digital images will not be provided to the client until full payment has been made.

For better results, please wear clothing in the same simple color.

Feel free to ask any questions while making your selection online. No exchanges are allowed after pickup.

Ensure the prints meet your expectations before leaving.

All prints are final, and no exchanges are allowed after pickup. Note that print colors may slightly differ from those on your computer.

Prints are available in a matte finish.

HH PhotoSpark does not offer boudoir, nude, lingerie, or swimsuit sessions.

We only offer outdoor sessions within the Calgary city center without a travel fee. Indoor sessions will incur an additional charge and require a permit fee.

All images are for personal use only. There is a one-time charge of $199.99 for any commercial use.

Voucher holders: If your package includes a disc or download, the prints must match the images from the disc.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed at any time after purchase.

How to book your session – Voucher Holder:

1. Contact HH PhotoSpark by phone or email (recommended) [email protected]

2. Email your Groupon voucher number, barcode and the date you’re looking for to [email protected]

3. We will get back to you with the availability and service agreement to confirm the appointment.

Promotion value never expired but it can only be used for the regular-priced package and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers or deals.

Voucher holders are required to redeem and complete the photo shoot before the expiration date. A $20 service fee will be charged for any expired vouchers.

Fees:

A travel fee of $1/km each way will apply for locations outside or south of Calgary.

A $20 handling fee will be charged after 60 days from your selection confirmation without notice.

An additional $10 fee applies for each extra person or pet (up to 4 people are free).

An extra $150 will be charged for in-home sessions and $250 for apartment sessions, in addition to the travel fee.

Permit fees are not included. If a location requires a permit, the client is responsible for obtaining it.
