FAQ:
How long will the photos ready after the session?
All the Pictures will be ready for your selection up to 2 weeks after the shooting.
When will the prints and disc ready?
Disc, digital download, or the prints will be ready about a week after you submitted your selection. Then you’ll get a notice when they’re ready for pick up.
Where to pick up the pictures?
An email will send out with all the details when the pictures are ready for pickup. Location may vary. Pickup time 8am to 4pm (Panorama Hills N.W. area)
Can I have the pictures send by mail?
Shipping available by regular mail for $10 (local) or $15 deliver them to your door (please arrange a time for delivery).
When should I book for Maternity & New-born session?
Between 32 – 38 weeks is the most recommended time for Maternity photography.
It’s recommended within 10 days after born for newborn photography and the most comfortable and warm location for the baby and mom is in home session.
HH will bring props and backdrop for the newborn session.
You could prepare some props as well, such as headband, hat or necktie etc.…
What is web resolution image? (Not printable)
Web resolution images are the images that use for internet and online, such as email, social media or display on your phone. the files are very small. To find out the size for the web resolution images, please email us.
What is high resolution image? (Printable)
High resolution images are the images use for printing and enlargement. The files are big.
Where is the location for the photo shoot?
HHPS offers on-location for family photography, maternity photography, child photography, newborn photography, engagement photography, post wedding and wedding photography in Calgary areas.

Things you may aware before and after the session:
Please wear same simple colour of clothes if you could, the pictures will turn out nicer.
Don’t’ hesitate to ask if you have any questions while you’re making your selection online, NO EXCHANGE after picked up.
Make sure the prints are good before you leave. All the prints are final, NO EXCHANGE after picked up. Picture colours maybe slightly different on your computer with the final prints.
The prints finishing is available in matt.
HHPS don’t offer Boudoir, nude, panties, and swimming suit session.
Only offer outdoor on location within Calgary centre area without travelling fee. Indoor session will be charge additionally. Permit fee will required for indoor session.
All images are personal use only. There will be a ONE TIME charge of $199.99 for any commercial usage.
Voucher holder – If the package comes with a disc or download, the prints must be the same pictures from the disc.
No refund or exchange after purchased at anytime.
How to book your session – Voucher Holder:
1. Contact HH PhotoSpark by phone or email (recommended) [email protected]
2. Email your voucher number, barcode and the date you’re looking for to [email protected]
3. We will get back to you with the availability and service agreement to confirm the appointment.
Promotion value never expired but it can only be used for the regular-priced package and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers or deals.
Voucher holders are required to redeem and complete the photo shoot before the expiration date. A $20 service fee will be charged for any expired vouchers.
Fees:
Travelling fee will apply to anywhere outside or South of Calgary – $1/km each way
$20 Handling fee will apply after 60 days from your selection confirmation without notice.
$10 for additional person or pet (Up to 4 person for free)
$150 additional fee will apply for in home session, $250 additional fee will apply for apartment on top of the travelling fee
Permit fee is not included if the location required permit client must be responsible for it.
